We want you to be satisfied with the starters and generators you purchase. You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged upon arrival or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly.
• Incorrect Product: If the product you receive does not match the model you ordered, you may request a return or refund.
• Unopened and Unused Products: If the product is unused and unopened within 7 days after receiving it, you may request a return.

Please note that returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

• Products that have been used or installed and cannot be returned to their original condition;
• Products that have been altered or damaged and no longer meet the original factory condition;
• Return requests made beyond 30 days after purchase.
• No returns or exchanges will be given unless there are quality issues.

• Step 3: Return and Refund
  Depending on the type of return, you will need to send the product back to us. Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and related documentation (such as invoices and user manuals). The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. Once we receive the returned item and verify it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
